Khristie® is a brand brought to you by Barbara Dyer, President and CEO of UI Sourcing Inc., a certified Women and Minority Owned Business Enterprise. Barbara has 30 years experience in the design, sourcing and production of fashion products.

Barbara arrived in New York City in 1982 from a small Caribbean country and through her hard work moved up the ranks from intern to VP of Merchandising and Senior Production Buyer of major New York companies. Barbara brought the Elle line to ALL channels of distribution (Dollar to Department Stores). She now has fulfilled her life-long dream of starting her own company and hair accessory brand - Khristie®.
